Its largest AI cluster in Epoch AI's tracker is Prometheus in New Albany, Ohio, which Epoch describes as a patchwork of weatherproof tents, colocation facilities and conventional buildings. It ranks 5th in Largest AI Data Centers by Estimated Power Draw (October 2026) at an estimated 471 MW of IT power on Nvidia B300 chips, and Epoch projects 1,022 MW by Q3 2028.7 Meta Platforms is also one of the eight US-headquartered companies listed in the July 2026 export-control rule for the United Arab Emirates, covered in How US AI Chip Export Controls Work (as of October 2026).8
